THURSDAY
Digital Workflow + Hands-On Records Lab
- Starting at Noon orientation, and implementation roadmap.
- The High-Performance Digital Practice (Custom workflows, AI-assisted planning, LuxCreo printing, and production strategies).
- Q&A + workflow troubleshooting.
- Aligner & Appliance Workflow (AirFlex/OrthoFX, direct printed appliances, and case selection).
- Hands-On Digital Records & Scanning Lab (All attendees perform scans and begin fabrication of their own custom nightguards).

FRIDAY
Casper Masterclass + Live Patient Day
- 08:00 – 10:30: Casper Clinical Masterclass (Philosophy, biomechanics, and troubleshooting).
- 10:30 – 10:45: Break.
- 10:45 – 12:15: Advanced Casper Case Review (Growth normalization, airway, and function).
- 12:15 – 01:30: Lunch Walk + Ice Cream at Wrigley.
- 01:30 – 04:30: Live Patient Demonstration Day (Evaluation, treatment planning, and real-time decision-making).

- 08:00 – 10:00: MARPE + Custom Solutions.
- 10:00 – 11:00: Nightguard Workflow Completion (Attendees receive their custom nightguards).
- 11:00 – 3:00: Monday Morning Practice Implementation (Staff training, scheduling, and profitability models)
